The CEO wanted to scale quickly and take the company public.
Their sales force was a 100% 1099 distributor model across the US and they needed to hire several Area Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Managers to manage various regions and drive additional growth.
The client also asked for SSC’s support in hiring W-2 direct sales representatives in key markets.
While the client had many candidates with experience managing a single distributorship, they needed help engaging talent that managed large distributor networks across the US.

The result? SSC successfully supported LDR during its hypergrowth era filling over 27 positions. LDR Spine went public and was purchased by Zimmer Biomet for $1B.
