Step 3

Shortlist Stage

We are capable of providing additional deliverables depending on the needs of each client, including candidate summaries, structured interview guides, leadership assessments, and more.

  • Shortlisted candidates will have undergone a multi-stage screening process, including video interviews with our team

  • Early stage reference checks may begin

  • We will fully manage the scheduling of interviews, including virtual and on-site interviews

Step 4

Finalist Selection and Hire

Our goal at this stage is to ensure you have several options. From counter offers to competitive offers to last-minute promotions, this part of the process could easily be the most delicate.

Rest assured, we have the experience to guide you through the complexity of finalist selection and offer management. 

  • You can trust our team to support you through finalist selection, offer negotiations, and final reference checks

  • We’ll continue to manage the runner up candidate(s) in the event of any unforeseen changes

  • Our support continues even after you make a hire; we will follow up with your team 90 days post-hire to ensure everything is going well
