Jason's journey in talent acquisition stems from his extensive experience as a hiring manager, where he learned firsthand the value of a great talent acquisition partner. With a track record that includes hiring top performers for Fortune 500 corporations, Jason can empathize with his clients and their need to make the right hire the first time.
Since joining SSC in 2015, Jason has led with a philosophy grounded in hard work, efficiency, and attentive listening to his clients’ needs. With over 200 placements under his belt, he approaches each search with the same dedication and care.
His past recruiting projects have ranged from helping an HCM SaaS company scale its team from 50 to over 300 in 18 months to spearheading a Fortune 500 divisional expansion. Under Jason’s leadership, the SSC team has placed over a dozen CEOs, EIRs, Venture Leaders in the last year alone.
Before his tenure at SSC, Jason garnered recognition as an award-winning sales leader at Stryker Instruments, Medtronic, and Johnson & Johnson, where he managed over $100 million in total revenue. His experience in hiring top talent and managing teams translates seamlessly to his work in talent acquisition, whether it's for startups or large corporations.
