Nina brings a dynamic approach to executive recruitment, management consulting, and project management. Armed with a Bachelor's of Science in economics with honors, Nina briefly delved into marketing before finding her calling in executive search.
Joining Summit in 2019, Nina swiftly rose from an associate recruiter to executive recruiter, specializing in healthcare. Her journey led her to a well-known executive search firm, where she excelled as a Senior Consultant before returning to Summit in 2023, assuming the role of Director of Business Operations.
Her expertise spans the spectrum, from stealth startups to Fortune 500 organizations, where she has successfully placed Director-level executives through to C-level leaders across various functions, including finance, HR, operations, clinical affairs, marketing, development, and general management.
Nina's career highlights include spearheading over 40 pivotal executive searches for roles such as VP, Clinical Affairs for a $5B medical device manufacturer, CHRO for a PE-backed healthcare organization, multiple confidential CEO hires, and an inaugural Chief Privacy Officer at a multi-billion dollar medical device company, among others.
Nina thrives on supporting her team in their pursuit of continuous improvement, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional client service. She finds fulfillment in connecting top talent with organizations making a positive impact across biotech, medtech, climate tech, and beyond.
Outside of work, Nina is an avid nature enthusiast, spending her free time exploring the great outdoors with her loyal golden retriever, Ember. Whether she's skiing down the slopes, horseback riding in the backcountry, or backpacking through scenic trails, Nina finds joy in the beauty of nature. Her love for adventure extends from Montana to the West Coast, where she enjoys spending time on the ocean.
