Creating a New Division
THE CHALLENGE
The client wanted to create a new expansion division, comprised of 60 Account Executives, well-versed in complex capital sales, spanning the entire US.
They wanted to fill all 60 openings in less than 3 months.
The client’s internal team of 5 was tasked with the normal backfill/hiring recruitment for 4 other divisions and could not commit to this new expansion.
The company partnered with Summit Search Consultants on a retained project for 3 months.
