The client had been working with 3 or 4 contingent firms at a time, with mixed results.
Contingent recruiting firms would produce talent occasionally, but the candidates were not a match based on the client’s requirements.
Due to increased funding and the need for nationwide sales and marketing growth, the company partnered with Summit Search Consultants for a massive expansion across multiple departments and newly created verticals.
OUR SOLUTION
Summit Search Consultants assigned a specialist team to identify and engage a robust pipeline of over 200 qualified candidates for various verticals.
A precise protocol was designed to maintain the efficiency of the interview process enabling a successful result with an aggressive timeline, with full transparency throughout.
In less than 3 months, SSC filled 20 Account Executives, a Government Sales Director role, a Sales Enablement Director as well as a new Inside Sales team.
