THE CHALLENGE
Despite having 12 contingent firms on the search, the client was receiving only 1 or 2 resumes per week.
All candidates were required to complete an intense, technical challenge requiring at least 20 hours of work yielding an incredibly low pass rate of < 10%.
The internal team and contingent firms had a very difficult time gaining candidate engagement.
OUR SOLUTION
Summit Search Consultants assigned a specialist team to this time-sensitive project, reaching out to over 2,500 qualified candidates over 30 days.
Our team attended multiple info sessions with the company's Co-Founder to learn more about the technology so they could better convey this unique opportunity to their candidates.
Ultimately SSC engaged ~500 candidates to successfully convey the company’s EVP.
SSC submitted over 100 qualified, interested, and assessed candidates.
15 were hired for the initial project, and 12 additional candidates were hired as a further expansion.
