This client wanted to add a new layer of sales representatives around the country.
The talent pool was one of the most coveted, sought-after candidate profiles across several industries making it challenging to capture their attention.
The roles required 75% multi-state travel which differs from most remote SaaS sales roles.
These positions require dedication to developing an understanding of the business model and customer call points.
A third-party assessment was included in the interview process.
