Situation:

Our client had tried on their own to recruit a Regulatory Affairs Director for their on-site role in FL. Due to the lack of medtech companies headquartered in the region, the talent pool was light. They then tried posting the role, asking for relocation candidates, with no success. 

Our Approach:

SSC meticulously searched the medtech market for diasporic talent, with ties to FL, as well as considering candidates with a history of relocation to/from the greater southeast United States. This yielded an impressive longlist of 145 potential candidates. 

The Result:

Ultimately, the client interviewed 12 candidates, bringing 3 on-site for final interviews. The winning candidate was eager to relocate from landlocked Atlanta to South Florida. 5 years later, she is still with the company.
