Multi-Hire Entrepreneurs-In-Residence
THE CHALLENGE
Immediate need to onboard 5-10 Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, along with an additional 5 veteran PropTech Consultants.
The internal recruiting team was largely used for recruiting lower-level roles and did not have a robust network of Founders, CEO’s and Co-Founders.
The client tried partnering with a national staffing firm to supplement their internal efforts, but they were unsuccessful in engaging the desired talent.
When talent was engaged, the agency could not generate interest.
OUR SOLUTION
Through networking and targeted headhunting efforts, Summit Search Consultants placed 10 EIRs along with 5 Consultants in a 3-month period.
Ultimately, the build studio grew to need additional Venture Partners/Directors, and Summit Search Consultants also filled 2 of these roles.
Targeted outreach to nearly 1,000 PropTech/InsureTech Founders, CEOs, and Co-Founders.
